Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Each print is made to order, checked for quality, and securely packaged for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via SingPost. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.
Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days of dispatch, contact me and I’ll help track or replace it if possible.

Refund & Return Policy

Because each print is made in small batches or on demand, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
I’ll arrange a replacement or refund once verified.

Digital Downloads
Digital files (e.g. PDFs, wallpapers, e-zines) are non-refundable once downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please reach out for support.

Change-of-Mind Returns
I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or color variance on screens versus print.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important.
Information you provide during checkout (name, address, email) is used only to fulfill your order or contact you if there’s an issue.
Your data is stored securely through Wix and payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, PayNow) and is never shared or sold to third parties.
